Workshop assignments: Workshops will be assigned in order of registration. If a workshop is full, it will not be accessible in the shop.

Confirmation: You will receive an auto confirmation email after making your payment online. Faculty will make contact with attendees at least 3 weeks prior to the retreat.

Facebook: Join our Facebook Group.  This is the place to say Hi to everyone, find a rooming buddy, discuss workshops and get to know other attendees and the artists prior to attending the event.  It is not the place to ask registration questions: please email us if you have a query relating to your registration.

Registration and Payment: All registrations may be made online through our site which is a secure area.

Kit Fees: If an instructor lists a Kit fee, the attendee must pay this fee directly to the instructor when onsite prior to the commencement of the class.

Meals: Registration always includes a nutritious lunch.

Cancellations: We know that situations can sometimes arise causing a change to your plans. It is not possible for us  to favor an individual situation or circumstance over another, so we must maintain a standard business policy for all and with no exceptions.

• After 30 days – No Refunds.

Workshop changes  incur a $100.00 charge.

You may transfer your full registration to another person but you must notify us with the new name & email. You may not split up your registration.  In the case of Acts of God, war, disaster or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule. Changing workshops must be requested by email up to 6 weeks prior to the event.

Visions of Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel workshops that do not meet minimum student registration (8). In this event, you will be notified and given the opportunity to change to a different workshop or request a refund of the monies paid for the cancelled workshop. In the event that a teacher must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or illness, Visions of Australia P/L retains the right to replace that teacher and/or change the workshop. Visions of Australia P/L reserves the right to limit or restrict attendance to any person, business or representative thereof.

Release/Waiver: Attendees assume all risk of property damage, personal harm, illness or injury relating to or resulting from their participating in all workshops and activities. Attendees forever release Visions of Australia Pty Ltd, Pullman Hotel and Resorts, Jo Packham and Urban Studios, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, any affiliated organizations, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all actions, claims, or demands that they, their assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to (i) participation in these activities, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or (iii) the condition of the premises where these activities occur, whether or not the attendee participated in the activities. Attendees also agree that they, their assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release.

Registering confirms the attendee has read, acknowledges and agrees to all policies and regulations as listed above.
